theft at 18 stealing under $1000

me and my friend both stole a psp game and got caught. both 18 in the state of arizona (phoneix) what is the worse charge we can get and the least charge. the charge was as a misdemeanor

If it is over $250 it should be a felony and if it is your first charge, you would be offered a felony with the ability to earn a misd. If it's a misd for some reason, then the max penalty is 6 monhts in jail and $2500 fine plus surcharge. You would likely get probabtion.
