Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

If my trailer was not listed in the warrant and is considered a separate residence, are the police able to enter & search my home when I'm not there and without permission? I was told they were "clearing the area". The warrant was issued to look for stolen property,my sister and her boyfriend. It also specified my Father's modular home, 5th wheel trailer and curtilage of said premises. My trailer sets approx. 100 ft from either of those and is considered by the Census Bureau a separate, individual residence. Subsequently, I was arrested and charged with 5 felonies.

Whether the police can legally search your home without a warrant depends on several factors. Nonce can be addressed in an email. If the search was improper, your best defense is to retain expert counsel such as myself.
