Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
What does "uncontested forfeiture" mean? This was offered from the state's attorney, but I am not sure what this really means.

Forfeiture of whatever property the state thinks you shouldn't have any more because of some wrongdoing on your part. If you agree not to object or file a lawsuit to oppose the forfeiture, that would be the extent of your punishment (unless there are other things that they require too).
