Don't understand !!!!!!!!
In the state of Arizona. Can a person be charged with two aggravated assaults on the person, when only one altercation took place ?

Yes. In Arizona, an assault can be elevated to an aggravated assault based on a number of possible factors. (i.e., use of a weapon, degree of injury, victim is a police officer/nurse, victim has a restraining order against the defendant).
If more than one "aggravating factor" exists, the prosecution can charge multiple counts of aggravated assault - one for each "aggravating factor"
