what are the usual punishments for this crime?
My boyfriend was driving his friends car and got pulled over. He decides to run because he knows he has warrants but was caught. He's charged with 'Resisting Arrest w/physical force and false info. to police officer'. How serious is this?

The resisting arrest is a Class 6 felony. For a first offense it's a maximum of 2 years. The other, if he provided a false name under Section 13-2412 is a Class 2 misdemeanor, which has a maximum of 4 months.
