Vacating Judgement

if a person had a class 6 undesignated felony, and they recieved a Vacate Judgement of Guilt and dismissal of charges. does that mean there civil rights where also restored? Or is that a seperate item to file for?

When a felony conviction is eliminated from one's criminal history civil rights are automatically restored, assuming no other conviction.
