Violating probation and leaving town untill the statue of limitations expires
A work release for the weekends was violated , along with community service, proof of employment , probation and loss of drivers license for five years. A warrant has been issued; can you leave the state and avoid arrest until a statute of limitations expires?

No. All statutes of limitation are tolled [suspended] while you are in fugitive status. So long as you don't take care of the warrant, there is no time running against the state. Your best bet is to contact a criminal defense attorney in your town and find out the best way to take care of this problem. It will never go away on its own.
