To Whom It May Concern:
In the state of arizona, can a warrant be served on a minor child and if so, don't the officers have to ask parents for permission to search? The child is 12.

Warrant can be served on a 12 year old. The second part of your question is more interesting. If it is apparrent the 12 year old does not have the authority to allow the search, the 12 year old's concent is invalid. For example 12 year old can not allow search of parent's vehicle or bedroom.
