Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
I have a warrant in Denver co. for violation of a restraining order I was never served (because I was living in Arizona). How do i take care of this while I live in AZ.? So that I can pass a background check. I am a recent medical assistant graduate and cannot go any farther with a new career.
Also....is there consequence for the person who filed a false complaint.
Thank you for any information you might have.

You might have to go there to clear it up. But you should first try calling the court and asking a clerk what your options are. They may let you resolve it in writing or by phone, but this is not typical.
As for the second question. The general answer of course is that if someone is proven to have made a knowingly false statement, then yes there might be a consequence if the court or government lawyer follows through on it (unlikely). However, if it's merely a dispute as to what happened, she said one thing and you claim another, then it's very unlikely anything would come out of it since such disputes happen every day.
