Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
I have a warrant in Florida and I'm currently in AZ. Is there anyway I can take care of the warrant in Arizona? Can I get a license? Will my income tax refund be effected? I was unaware of the warrant until recently. I have a child so I'm unable to travel back to FL.

Only Florida courts have jurisdiction over Florida warrants. You may be able to avoid going back for every proceeding by hiring a Florida lawyer to represent you. I suggest re-posting your question under Florida law, with some information about the nature of the charges against you.
