withdrawing a plea
charges are attempted poss. of dang drugs 4 sale. plea agreement was accepted by judge. once accepted, can that plea be withdrawn? prior to accepting plea a motion was filed to suppress the vehicle, since he was not in the vehicle at time of arrest. the judge denied this suppression which was odd.

Plea can be withdrawn for manifest injustice.
Special Action could have been filed after Motion to Suppress denied.
