Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
I am wondering why my ex husband who is arrested for drugs, danger paraphenelia etc is always released and never serves any jail time.. this has been going on for over ten years and he has numerous felony counts but never serves time in jail. this is very suspicious to me..It is like he has made some sort of deal with someone..

That your ex-husband is working as a CI could be one explanation. Also, in Arizona a person cannot be sent to prison for personal possession unless the person rejects pobation and treatment or unless the person has two prior convictions for drug charges.
