Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
About a year and a half ago I took a plea (like an idiot)For a case that should have been dropped. But pretrial services said I wasn't complying so I would have to do the 30 days until my trial but not if I took the plea ( I was railroaded). Anyway I had some bad medical problems and simply would not jump through hoops for 3 years.I got 6 moths for probation violation and my charge went from a class 3 misdimeanor to a class 6 felony.What can I do to get my gun rights back?

Restoration of your gun rights after a felony conviction requires an application to the court that entered the disposition. You may obtain a form from the court.
