Age & Favoritism Discrimination
Should my husband sign a letter of noncompete after filing charges of age & favoritism legal liabilitiles against his present company? These charges have been filed within the last 12 months. My husband has been with the company for 10+ years and is well respected.

Your husband should not sign ANYTHING at this point without the counsel of his lawyer. At the very least, his lawyer needs to make sure that by signing, he is not sandbagging his other case.
