Harrassment after on job injury

Injury back in 12/01. Off a total of 4 days rushed to meet w/c case manager on 4th day w/c doctor issued RTW orders although in severe pain. w/c denied, hearing in June.(1) Upon my return to work Mgr harrassed & discriminated until I resigned position. Have all documentation of harrassment emails. Is there any recourse?
