Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Arizona

Getting a subpoena from one state and you live in another

A subpoena has been filed in Arizona so that I produce information for a problem that ocurred on a website that I own. The problem is I don't live in Arizone, I live in Florida and this would be a big expense I can't afford. Do I have to appear in Arizona with the documents? What alternatives do I have? I am only a 'witness' to this, I am not being accused of anything (to the best of my knowledge).

If it is issued from an AZ state Court you are not legally obligated to reply or respond. If the subpoena comes from a Federal Court, that answer may change.
