Legal Question in DUI Law in Arizona

I was arrested for drug dui and charged with aggravated dui.

I was pulled over while driving a friend home and he was charged with possesion. The officer took me in for dui drug. When I got my ticket It said I was being charged with aggrevated dui with a 15yo or younger in the car.
