If convicted of a DUI, you are facing at least one day in jail, fines of about $2000, a 90 day license suspension, an interlock device in your vehicle and other penalties. You should consider hiring counsel immediately. At an 077, you are technically under the legal limit. If they drew blood, you may be over. But a DUI can be charged for impaired driving and/or driving when your BAC is over a .08. Speak to experienced counsel immediately. Hire counsel if possible as you have a defendable case.
