Hire a lawyer who will get and process the MVD reinstatement documents. You will need to show a substantial period of sobriety in A.A. and your lawyer will also have to hire (at your expense) an alcohol counselor who will appear and the hearing before the MVD as a witness on your behalf. If you are in Maricopa County, we handle these matters for 3K plus to cost of your expert witness.
