2nd conviction. bal .09. 2 children dependent on my support. 1 child has down syndrome. willing to seek treatment. need to keep job. need to support children. job requires driving - vector control. good driving record at work.

There are no "hardship" exceptions to the jail issue. BUT, this sounds like it is a very winnable case. Your only real hope of avoiding the mandatory minimum of 30 days (with work release after the fiorst 48 hours) is to hire a good lawyer, take the case to trial and try to win it.
