Legal Question in DUI Law in Arizona

DUI accident

My daughter let a friend drive our car. He caused an accident and was arrested for DUI. We also found out that he had a suspended license and a previous DUI. He has no money, but his sister who was insuring him on her policy does. Do we have a case as far as getting them to help with our insurance deductible, medical expenses, car rental and other expenses?

Re: DUI accident

That is a question better suited for a Person Injury lawyer, not a DUI lawyer. But, given that your daughter allowed an impaired person to drive your car, I would suspect that she will be comparatively negligent.

The boyfriend is in deep doo-doo. He will be charged with a Felony DUI, mandatory prison time if convicted, etc.
