DUI In Arizona
My friend was on parole for a Aggravted DUI and received another Aggravted DUI and was arrested. He Bonded out and then was sent back to prison untill his parole time is up. what will happen to him with this new charge?

If this is "only" is second felony charge, and he is convicted of this most recent charge, he will be sentgenced to serve a minimum of eight months ... with a probationary term thereafter.
