I fell asleep while driving and got in an accident, i had been drinking about 3 hours prior to my accident, they want to charge me with dui. I'm trying to get an idea about how the judge will sentence me. This was my first offense

Based on only the DUI, 1 day if BAC over .08; 10 days is BAC over .15. BUT, possibly more time because of the accident and restitution for damage caused by accident for personal injuries, property damage, lost time to the victim, etc.
