A friend of mine ran into a parking garage gate, got out of her car to talk to the garage attendant, car was turned off, no one saw her hit anything, the garage attendant called the police, and she recieved a DUI. Is it worth fighting this since no one saw her driving?

The parking garage attendant can put her behind the wheel. BUT, any case is woth defending and any case can be won!
