I had a DUI in 04, I now live in Az, and there was never a mention about my lic. being suspended in 04, but when I went to get a DL in AZ they said I was inelageable? Why, I did everything fo Colorado.

You obviously didn't do everything in Colorado that you were supposed to do. I suggest you retain Colorado counsel and get your record clean in that State. Until you do, you will never be a validly licensed driver in any State.
