I received a DUI IN Arizona on Aug 5th, my court date is Sept 10th, can I get work furlow my wife is a stay at home mom taking care of our son who has cerabal palsey?

Work release is usually an option at sentencing. However, depending on the circumstances of your case, there may be a defense that you can utilize successfully and not have to be sentenced at all.
