dui and shefiff lost ticket I signed
the shefiff's office lost the dui ticket I signed and they want me to sign another one. what happens if i refuse to sign?

You will simply piss the cop off and the Prosecutor will be less likely to give you a decent plea offer. They can still go after you even if you don't sign the ticket. JUST SIGN IT!!!
