Legal Question in DUI Law in Arizona

If I got a dui for spice,and admitted to the officer I used..does that mean I will be prosecuted for it?

You already posted this question on another site and indicated you have a lawyer. You need to talk to him/her. But yes spice is an illegal substance and thus you can and likely will be prosecuted.
