DUI/underage/and breathalyzer 0.83
My question is what should i be expecting at my court hearing? what would happen if i plead guilty?or not guilty? also is there anyway to have an attorny and get any of the charges dropped like the enterlock in my car or my license not being suspended?

Although you have a low BrAC, in AZ there is no tolerance for people under 21 with alcohol in their system. Because you are underage, you have a few more options than many people, however, you need to consult with an attorney with a firm grasp of MVD policies and procedures.
