Exradition
dear sir/madam, i have 2 felony warrants dui�s in arizona pending. there was no accident and its totally non-violent. i live in florida,would i be extradited to arizona if any officer catches me in fl?is it worth for az to exradite me? thank you.

This is how extradition works...Arizona would have to have knowledge that you reside in Florida. If that occurs, Arizona would ask Florida, through the Governor, to have you arrested and transferred to Arizona. This can only happen in felony cases. Florida's Governor then has the right to review the case and determine if extradition is proper. Usually finding such, Florida would then arrest you and send you to Arizona. I am pleased to see that your crimes are non-violent and that no one was injured in an accident. However, you should have abided by the law and went to court. If you had done such you would not now have to live in fear of the police and being stopped and found out. With you not abiding by the rules of the justice system, I think Arizona would always find it worth extraditing you on your charges plus the additional charges for not appearing in court and then fleeing the jurisdiction.
