Extreme DUI
I have reasonable doubt that i was actually driving the vehicle. The vehicle was totaled off the side of the road. We discovered that my music system was stolen. As well as my money from my wallet was missing and the wallets contents were thrown about in my car. I fell asleep drunk that evenening at friends apartment. The next thing i remember was getting up from the back seat of my car. There was a destroyed cell phone outside of my car and a police officer arrived at the scene some 15 minutes later. I have a court appointed attorney, and i need some advice in what direction we might want to take.
