my friend
my friend has gotten his 3rd dui but it has been 5 years since his last one. what kind of sentence and is he facing jail time or does he have a deversion program that he can attend.

Given that your friend will be facing his 3rd DUI within seven years, he will be facing no less than four months and no more than 3.75 years in prison. There is no "diversion" option
