The general rule is that when you do not complete the criminal case process, a warrant for your arrest is issued by the court. Contact an attorney in the city in which you were to appear in court. The attorney can check with the court regarding a warrant and what is required to clear the warrant.

There is probably a bench warrant. You can hire an attorney to investigate and provide you guidance on resolving this with the court. Good Luck!
