Lic revoked though was not charged
My boyfriend was charged with Fel unlawful flight Fel. Agg DUI, and 3 traffic violations 01/05. When he was charged with these he was told he needed to submit to a Breathalizer he did and blew a 0.000. He was never given any type of field test due to charges resulting from an accident. After he blew 0.000 the cop told him he needed to submit to a blood test. My Bf refused due to not liking nedels, and he had already blew a 0.000 so there was no need. The officer then served him with a search warrent stating my Bf had to give up blood forcing him to basically submit to it. His court dates continued to be Continued for 4 months due to blood results not being in. My Bf finally signed a plea stating that if he pled guily to unlawful flight the agg Dui charges will not be charged and can not be brought up ever in the future. In addition to a 45 day sentence in county . He did his 45 days in county though now that he is out they are saying his DL is revoked for refusing the blood test. can they revoke his DL even though he was never found guilty of Agg DUI. Basically we understood the plea to mean that basically the charges or any bussiness dealing with DUI would be thrown out as if it never happened.

Yes, the 12 month Implied Consent suspension is based on his having refused the blood test.
