Minor in Consumption

Hi i recently was at a party and

received a MIC (along with all my

friends),

and i had the bad idea of saying i was

over 21 as well which resulted

in a night in jail and ''false report to

law enforcement officer'' charge...

what are my options on this?

can i get it knocked down to a lighter

charge?

possibly have the false report charge

dropped?

what happens if im found guilty of

both charges.?

If you are found guilty of false reporting you could lose your driving privileges. BUT, a good lawyer can probably get you a reduced plea subject to your attending a period of alcohol counseling.
