probation violation/remodification
i am seeking assistance to squash a bench warrant, re modify my case, and to present to the judge how prison only made my life worse. I need to know if a rehabilitation center is an option instead of jail/prison.
My family needs me and prison has made me worse than I ever was before!

I don't know what the charges that you were sentenced on or how they claim you violated your probation. Depending upon the charges and how the alleged violation of probation took place, the judge could chose not to confine you. However, you must present a good case to the judge and have your attorney discuss the situation with your probation officer.
