Legal Question in DUI Law in Arizona

I was recently arrested for DUI, at the time of the arrest, I had pass out behind the wheel, at a stop light! at the time I refused the breathalyzer. I was immediately arrested, they then came into my cell and took my blood.Today I went to court regarding this and they are offering me 30 days in jail and to complete a DUI class. The blood intake was 0.16 over there stated legal limit. This is my first DUI ever! my question is, is this deal a good one or a bad one, or could I get a better deal?
