Legal Question in DUI Law in Arizona

revoked drivers license

This is for a dearly loved person. He has had his drivers license revoked, apparently permanently due to the state of Illinois. My best knowledge says three of the instances happened 25 years ago or more, only one in Arizona about 7 years ago. I there any way to appeal this through arizona and if so how does one find a really good attorney. He has not had a drink in seven years and is a good father and is 45 yrs. old. He needs to work, for goodness sake. Lives in southern Az, incident happened in Phoenis. He did serve jail time and is completely off all probation, has been for a year.
