Re: signing plea agreement

On a misdemeanor offense, Defendant has up to 30 days to voluntarily surrender to the County Jail. On a felony, Defendant will be taken into custody immediately upon entry of a judgment of guilty whether pursuant to a plea agreement or an adverse jury verdict.
