Right Turn law

this is in relation to a drunk driving charge i got. what is Arizona law regarding making the a wide right turn? the initial lane that i was supposed to turn into is a right only lane (turns into) and requires you to merge.

A wide right turn will give them reasnable suspician to initiate an investigatory stop.
