Legal Question in Education Law in Arizona
Possible Discrimination lawsuit
I have been an ASU student for quite some time. I am currently about 15 credits away from completing my degree. I have been suspended for over a year, quite unjustly, for harassment, primarily, and two other minor allegations of disrupting and failure to comply, which are simply not true. I want to know if I would be able to sue and obtain a monetary settlement.

Re: Possible Discrimination lawsuit
Maybe, though I'm not sure, given the facts you have provided, why you think you can sue on the basis of discrimination. Also, why have you waited a year to consider action?
