The question is very broad and so the answer will be equally broad. When you obtain a loan, you have to pay it back... when you obtain a grant or scholarship you do not have to pay it back. Each application for aid... loans... grants... scholarships generally provide information regarding the terms and conditions of the aid, loan, grant or scholarship... you will have to read the fine print on each application to determine your eligibility and your obligations.
