Obtain official transcrips given to a University
I have send an official transcript from my previous college to Northcentral University with the intention of getting enrolled to pursue a PhD. However, I changed my mind and withdraw my application. Now I need the transcript back and they are refusing to give it to me. is there anything I can do about this?
Thanking you

No. They are not required to give you "back" your transcript. all transcripts must be processed through the appropriate institution of attendance. Therefore, you must request another transcript from your previous institution
