Adult Protective Services
A formal complaint was filed against me with Adult Protective Services by a domineering mother who wants total control of her 60 year old daughter. All the allegations were false and I will not be charged. Is there any recourse I can take against this woman?

Re: Adult Protective Services
You could consider a complaint for defamation, personal injury or other causes of action arising out of an intentional act to do you harm.
