I have an Arizona Durable Power of Attorney from my husband. When the time comes, his burial and arrangements will be made in Ohio. Do I need to have another Power of Attorney for that state?

No, you need to work with your husband to pre-arrange his funeral and burial. If he is incapacitated now, you have the POA do make such arrangements. You don't have to pay for them in advance. Your POA will cease to be effective at the second your husband passes away. All POAs terminate at the death of the principal.
