Legal Question in Elder Law in Arizona

i am one of six beneficiaries of a trust that became irrevocable upon my mothers death on 11-2-2010.my sister was named succesoe trustee.she has always hated me.every request for information on the trust i was told no or hung up on.i hired a lawyer june first.for $400 he got me a copy of the trust that was not the original and will not return calls on questions.arizona trust law had been broken by the trustee but no ones interested.i believe i am entiteled as a beneficiary copies of reciepts,bank statements,ect.i was told by my sister i would never see a dime of my share my parents left me.i am mentally disabled and this is constantly used to justify ignoring me.do i have legal rights?

Yes, you have legal rights and you are entitled to more than a copy of the Trust Agreement. You can try to take legal action by going to the Self Service Center at the Superior Court or you can hire an attorney to represent you. I believe that your lawyer will be able to get the successor trustee to respond, and if not, then you can go to court to get supervision of the administration of the trust and the distributions therefrom.
