Legal Question in Elder Law in Arizona

Elder Abuse??

I dont have enough space to tell all that has happened over the last few years. My sis got mad when my other sis was named excuetor of the will when my dad died a few years ago.

So she talked my mom into quick deeding to house to her. My mom inherited 200,000 from her brother, but sis used it all up i have proof of this. Now she has talked my mom into selling the house and she will come out another 200.000 ahead. I try to explain this to my mom but she thinks the house is still hers and she thinks that my sis is taking care of her. NOT I and my other sis tried to talk to her but my other sis is so convincing she doesnt believe what we are telling her. I have so much more that goes to this story but enough is enough she will have my mom out on the street in no time. pleas someone call so I can tell the whole story. My sis has been like this her whole life lies cheats and steals.

You should call Adult Protective Services or the local police department where your mother lives, immediately and file a complaint. Both you and your sister should make the complaint. You can also file a petition in the probate division for appointment as your Mom's guardian and conservator, if she is unable to manage her own affairs, ie she thinks she still owns the house and that her inheritance is still in her account. This sounds like the classic financial exploitation of an adult case.

Move quickly and file your complaints with the police.
