Enter your question here... hello my father passed away recently he bought a car my brother was paying the payment 5000 left tow truck came to take the car I told him his wife is alive and the bank told us they will get back to us in three days it's been more than two weeks what should we do about it and my father has no money no state no homes

Sounds like the payment was not being made. If you go to the Dept of Motor Vehicles, you can file an affidavit to transfer title on the motor vehicle if it has been more than 30 days since the death of your father. You should get title in the right person's name and show proof of payment to get the car back.
