Legal Question in Elder Law in Arizona

We hired a caregiver for our grandpa. One of the caregivers started act inapproparte to our grandpa. Kissing him on the lips and sitting on his lap.... we told the company and they fired her. but she is still coming around she has munilpulated my grandpa into thinking they are in love. What leagally can we do?

You need to get an order of protection against this caregiver. You could also make a complaint to the local police department. Most important, you should get legal authority to protect your grandpa, both physically and financially. If he is legally competent, he should give you his power of attorney, if he is not legally competent, then you should go to court and get appointment as his guardian and conservator.

You must take action immediately to be sure this woman cannot get to your grandpa, and that no other person takes advantage of him or exploits him. You should consult with legal counsel and find out the options available to you.
