I have both a medical and durable POA for my 80 year old father living in AZ. He married last week. Are the POA's still in effect or does his marriage make them null and void?

The POAs are still valid until your father dies or revokes them. You should open a dialog with him, as getting married at this late stage in his life means that he has undertaken responsibility for his wife (who he thinks that she will take care of him until he dies). There are a number of issues that he should consider now, before his new relationship goes further forward.
